After the 3 editions of the "TRIRHENA 1000" ( 2014 / 2017 / 2018) and many BRM organizations "200 /300 /400 / 600 km" in KINGERSHEIM in Alsace, the Cyclo Club Kingersheim once again offers you a "Long Distance" cycling adventure, on a new concept and the support of its legendary volunteer organization (Brigitte ,Régis, Christelle, Vanessa, Pascal, Nathalie, Sylviane, Estelle, Christian, Jacky, Gilles, Yvette, etc.) via "les Bridou's"...
The start of these two routes of this "Devil's Road 2020" has been decentralized and chosen, as close as possible to a French TGV station, in order to facilitate the arrival of cyclists as quickly and easily as possible.
Indeed, the "VALENCE ALIXAN" TGV station is one of the richest stations in the destinations served and has a maximum of car parks........
The "Clos du Puits" , the starting point of the "Route du Diable" in Chateauneuf sur Isère, is 1.9 km by bike from the Alixan Valence TGV station.
Although this adventure is a self-support ride, we keep the spirit of our past TRIRHENA 1000 organisations, with small quiet hilly (and sometimes lost) roads. With the support of the Cyclo Club Kingersheim and its legendary volunteers, we keep the concept of checkpoints with food and help at approximately every 350/400 km.
The finish line of the 739 km route will be in the village of CRESSIA "La Crochère" in the Jura, in the "personal farm of the organisers". It will also be a strategic place for the 1420 km route where all participants will find food, showers and beds. A logistical support service home with your bike for the SNCF / TGV station in Lons le Saunier on route 739 will also be possible if you book it.
The finish line of the 1420 km route will of course remain in Alsace at KINGERSHEIM near Mulhouse, at the well-known Club House of the CCK . We will provide there food, showers and beds, as well as a logistical support service home with your bike to the TGV SNCF station in Mulhouse if you book it.
In the event of an unexpected DNF, the almost U-shaped route will make it easy for you to go back home or to your cars parked at the Valencia/Alixan TGV station.
